Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

If an order is cancelled before shipping, a refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 5-7 business days. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your financial institution.

Any applied discount codes and vouchers will be considered used if an order is cancelled.

Returns and Replacements

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Comeco website.

Do not accept an order if the seal of the packaging has been tampered with. If you receive a tampered package, refuse the order at the time of delivery.

Acceptance of a damaged or tampered package disqualifies you from making return claims for physically damaged or defective products, incorrect products, or missing accessories.

Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit

  • Wrong product(s) (Only unopened and unused products will be accepted for returns)

To request a return, contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Product is received in a physically damaged condition.
  • Product is opened, used, or altered.
  • Product is returned without original packaging (including labels, tags, and other accessories).
  • Serial number or barcode has been tampered with.
  • Return request is initiated beyond the mentioned timeframes.

After verification, we will initiate a replacement, refund, or store credit. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
